my family and i enjoyed our stay at american palace eur. the twin room was comfortable, featuring a big tv with chromecast, which was awesome. the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from laurentina, making it super easy to reach the city center. breakfast was great, too, especially the free barista coffee. we loved taking leisurely strolls in the green areas with fruit trees.

The room service could definitely improve. I found an empty shower gel tube upon arrival, and once we returned to our room with no towels, which took a while to sort out. The dining options are limited after 10 PM, which made it tricky for late-night snacks. Also, the lack of ironing facilities and insufficient room amenities felt inconvenient. Noise from the street can be bothersome, especially during busy hours.

Cleanliness was fair, but some areas needed extra attention. The blackout curtains worked wonders for sleeping. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. WiFi was good, which was a plus for streaming. The location was convenient for the metro, making it easy to get around.
